Features: These glossy bright green apples have a tart and crisp flavor.  Best used for eating fresh, cut up into salads or even used for baking.  The fruit us usually harvested in August to maximize the tartness, but is fully ripe in September or October.  It is not self-pollinating so requires a partner such as 'Fuji' for cross pollination.
